Black Medusa

A reimagining of Medusa as a Black woman, created for a client who won the piece through one of my tattoo raffles. She requested a large-scale leg piece surrounded by flowers, thorns, and leaves, giving the snakes plenty of elements to weave in and out of. The combination of beauty, texture, and movement creates a softer but powerful interpretation of the traditional Medusa portrait.
